Answer customer calls and emails professionally
Enter and process sales orders (QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise)
Confirm pricing, availability, and order details
Generate invoices and follow up on payments (A/R)
Track open orders and communicate status updates
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams
Manage online orders (website, marketplaces)
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Qualifications:
2–5 years experience in customer service, order entry, or A/R
Experience with QuickBooks or similar system
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable handling multiple tasks (calls, emails, orders)
Strong communication skills (phone email)
Food industry / distribution experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation:
$20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
