What You'll Do as Director of Human Resources - Talent Experience
- Lead enterprise talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and enhance performance management, career development, and organizational development programs
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building strategies
- Lead HR integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding, communications, and organizational transition planning
- Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and strategic business initiatives
- Oversee cross-functional HR transformation projects, process improvements, and change management efforts
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations using workforce data and insights
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience leading mergers & acquisitions integration, organizational change, and enterprise HR initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in multi-location organizations; insurance brokerage, financial services, private equity-backed environments, and SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or Change Management certifications are a plus.
