Architect/Project Manager
Old Greenwich, CT Architecture firm seeking architect for residential projects.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an Architecture degree program or possess a degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in residential projects with an Architecture Firm
- Experience with Wood Frame Construction and Construction Documents
- Independent and efficient with drafting
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting
- Final Construction Documents
- Code and Material Research
- Measuring Existing Conditions
- Site Visits
- Project Organization
- Consultant Coordination
- Work Directly with Client
- Construction Administration
Technical
- Knowledge of Autocad, MS Word, MS Excel. Experience with ArchiCad is a plus
