The Opportunity
We are seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role ensures a warm welcome, smooth appointment coordination, and a professional, well-managed office environment.
What You’ll Do
· Greet clients and manage phone calls with professionalism
· Schedule appointments and support Advisors and Client Services
· Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office space
· Coordinate mailings, newsletters, and incoming/outgoing mail
· Update CRM records and file client documents securely
· Assist with events, document signing, and basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
· Excellent communication and client service skills
· Strong attention to detail with a polished, professional presence
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
· High integrity when working with confidential information
