$260,000 – $420,000

A leading international law firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing issuers, underwriters, lenders, servicers, trustees, and other market participants in sophisticated securitization and structured finance transactions.

Ideal Background

• 2 years of securitization, structured finance, capital markets, finance, or commercial lending experience
• Experience with asset-backed securities, securitizations, warehouse facilities, structured finance transactions, or capital markets matters preferred
• Experience representing issuers, lenders, underwriters, trustees, servicers, or other transaction participants
• Experience drafting and negotiating securitization documents, transaction agreements, financing documents, and related deal documentation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage transactions while working directly with clients and deal teams
• Experience with CMBS, ABS, CLOs, or other structured products is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• North Carolina bar admission required or ability to become admitted
