Compensation
$140,000 – $275,000
Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio , including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo .
If you have experience representing employers in employment litigation, workplace counseling, or labor matters, I'd love to connect.
Ideal Background
- 2–8 years of labor and employment experience
- Experience representing employers in state and federal employment litigation
- Experience advising clients regarding ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations
- Traditional labor experience involving collective bargaining, grievances, or unfair labor practice matters is a plus
- Strong legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills
- Ability to independently manage matters while building trusted client relationships
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
