$145,000 – $295,000
Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio , including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo .
If you have experience representing lenders, creditors, debtors, trustees, or financial institutions in restructuring and insolvency matters, I'd love to connect.
Ideal Background
- 2–8 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience
- Experience representing secured lenders, unsecured creditors, financial institutions, debtors, trustees, or receivers
- Experience handling Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and out-of-court restructurings
- Experience with bankruptcy litigation, creditor rights, workouts, foreclosures, and distressed asset transactions
- Experience drafting motions, financing documents, restructuring agreements, and court filings
- Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
