This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a strong litigation background who is interested in sophisticated environmental and tort matters, complex disputes, and building a long-term career within an established national law firm.

Qualifications

• 3 years of litigation experience, preferably involving environmental litigation, tort litigation, or complex civil disputes.

• Experience with legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation strategy.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters and meet deadlines.

• Experience with depositions, expert witnesses, or trial preparation is a plus.

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with attorneys and clients.
