Qualifications

• Experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, and tax-related matters.

• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and sophisticated estate planning documents.

• Familiarity with federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

• Knowledge of trust administration, estate administration, and wealth transfer strategies.

• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and collaborate with attorneys and advisers.
