Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Clinical Patient Advocate to join our growing chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness practice. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.
The Clinical Patient Advocate works closely with our doctors and clinical team to support patient flow, obtain and document clinical information, prepare patients for treatment, assist with therapies and rehabilitation, and help ensure each visit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Candidates should have experience performing digital X-rays and be comfortable working within an electronic health record (EHR) system. Previous chiropractic experience is a strong plus.
Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their clinical visit
- Obtain patient histories and accurately document information in the EHR
- Prepare patients for examinations, chiropractic treatment, therapies, and rehabilitation
- Perform digital X-rays and ensure appropriate positioning and image quality
- Assist doctors and clinical staff with patient flow and clinical procedures
- Assist with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation activities as directed
- Communicate patient needs, concerns, and relevant clinical information to providers
- Maintain treatment rooms, clinical equipment, and patient-care areas
- Help keep appointments organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Follow established clinical protocols and documentation standards
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Experience
- Experience performing digital X-rays
- Experience working with an EHR system
- Familiarity with ChiroTouch or ChiroTouch Cloud is a plus
- Previous chiropractic experience is highly preferred
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation, urgent care, primary care, or another hands-on clinical environment will also be considered
- Medical Assistant, Chiropractic Assistant, Radiologic Technologist, Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation Technician, Athletic Trainer, EMT, LPN, or similar clinical background preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care and clinical workflow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple patients and responsibilities
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when working directly with patients
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable learning new technologies, procedures, rehabilitation activities, and treatment protocols

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
