Role Description
Alight Learning is seeking full & part time Mentor/Educators for our Arlington, TX campus. In this on-site role, you will design and implement relationship-driven, interest-based lesson plans, guide collaborative and discussion-based learning, facilitate outdoor and movement-focused activities, and support students in pursuing their individual learning pathways. You'll foster a sense of belonging and purpose for students while contributing to a supportive environment for caregivers.

- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and ability to create engaging, student-centered curricula
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, families, and staff
- Passion for outdoor learning, play-based education, and fostering student agency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a community-centric setting
- Experience in similar educational settings or alternative education models is a plus
