Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student achievement. Day-to-day tasks include providing instruction, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and participating in professional development to continuously improve teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education techniques
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Teaching and facilitating student learning
- Experience in conducting Training and mentorship for student development
- Ability to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; teaching certification preferred
- Previous experience in K-12 education is highly desirable
