Job Title: Educator
The Opportunity: Are you an educator who loves the art of teaching but feels overwhelmed by large class sizes and administrative bureaucracy? We prioritize deep learning, student-teacher relationships, and a structured, logic-based curriculum.
- Small-Group Instruction: Lead a classroom with a strict 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for true differentiated instruction.
- Curriculum Implementation: Deliver a school-supplied curriculum to students with a focus on teaching to all the senses.
- Student Mentorship: Track individual student progress and provide high-level feedback to parents and the Head of School.
- Professional Collaboration: Participate in planning meetings with the Head of School to refine school operations and instructional strategies.
- Manageable Workload: No "large-scale" classroom management. Focus purely on teaching and mentoring students.
- Autonomy: Moderate degree of freedom in classroom implementation without the pressure of state-mandated testing.
- Mentorship: Work directly under the Head of School to grow your skills in curriculum development and school leadership.
