Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing, and coverage
- Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Insurance experience preferred
- P&C license is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
