What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at ALH General Contractor Inc.?
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
· Oversee and document construction process for the duration of the project.
· Conduct inspections for quality control and building code compliance.
· Responsible for OSHA compliance
· Maintain daily reports.
· Adhere to construction schedules.
· Responsible for scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries.
· Schedule inspections and accompany inspector on all inspections.
· Troubleshoot problems on the jobsite.
· Write and record RFI’s.
· Maintain as-built drawings.
· Create and follow up punchlists.
Construction Superintendent Qualifications:
· 5 years experience as a multi-family / or residential superintendent.
· Must be skilled in reading and understanding plans and specifications.
' Computer literate and experienced with Excel, Word and MS Project
· Must be self-driven & motivated, have strong organizational, decision making & problem-solving skills.
· Must be able to work and get along with others.
Salary Dependent on Experience
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
