What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at RYSE Construction?
We’re looking for a hands-on, accountable leader to run commercial construction projects on site. You’ll own your projects—managing schedule, safety, quality, and coordination—while serving as the main point of contact for subs, clients, and internal teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of your projects—schedule, safety, coordination, quality, and delivery
- Lead field operations and manage subcontractors with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain and update schedules, manage lookaheads, and solve problems in real-time
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Oversee inspections, RFIs, change orders, and final closeout
What You Bring:
- 4 years in a Superintendent or PM role (commercial, healthcare, or industrial preferred)
- Deep understanding of construction methods, safety, codes, and sequencing
- Proficiency in reading plans, running schedules, and using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Company Cam and OpenSpace
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
