Freelance Creative Designer (US West Coast)
Location: Remote (Must be US West Coast based)
Our client is looking for a talented Creative Designer to join their growing team and help bring business transformation initiatives to life through design.
This is a great opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys working across multiple creative disciplines, from presentation design and branding to animation and digital communications. You'll collaborate with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to create visuals that support large-scale business change programs for corporate clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- As a Creative Designer, you'll play a key role in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visual communications. You'll work on a variety of projects simultaneously, creating creative assets that help employees understand, adopt, and embrace change.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Designing high-quality presentations, infographics, posters, and communication materials
- Creating and editing videos, animations, and motion graphics
- Producing creative assets for digital channels, intranet sites, learning materials, and internal communications
- Collaborating with project teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver creative solutions
- Ensuring all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines and project objectives
- Contributing fresh ideas and creative thinking to support innovative client solutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of professional design experience, ideally working with corporate or B2B clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across graphic design, presentation design, motion graphics, and video
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience creating both static and motion-based creative content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
