What You'll Do
Technology Leadership
- Develop and execute the firm's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, technology standards, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all internal technology operations while managing third-party MSP and MSSP partners.
- Support approximately 75 employees across Microsoft 365, Windows, mobile devices, SaaS applications, networking, and collaboration platforms.
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, device management, software deployment, and access management.
- Provide executive-level support while remaining willing to troubleshoot hands-on when needed.
- Lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy and security program.
- Manage incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and security awareness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security frameworks such as NIST and CIS Controls.
- Oversee identity management, endpoint security, mobile device management, and cloud security.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, MSPs, and MSSPs.
- Evaluate service providers to ensure they are delivering the highest level of support and value.
- Participate in technology and cybersecurity due diligence for acquisitions and provide strategic guidance across portfolio companies.
- Lead the evaluation, governance, and secure adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
- Establish AI usage policies, governance standards, and employee training.
