Project Manager - Salary; 100-150k pending bio-tech experience
The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a hands-on Program Manager. Reporting to the COO, you'll lead projects from R&D to manufacturing and launch, ensuring smooth product transitions and efficient execution of design controls. Experience in start-ups/early-stage companies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to establish project plans and objectives.
- Track progress and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
- Resolve resource allocation and priority conflicts to ensure timely project completion.
- Support strategic planning by providing project insights (e.g., effort assessments, labor needs).
- Improve product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Experience in medical devices or similar industries with a Quality Control department.
- PMP Certification.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Gantt, Kanban).
- Experience with multi-component product development (hardware, software, etc.).
