- Develop, tune, test, and maintain SQL Server solutions (stored procedures, complex queries)
- Optimize performance of existing queries and long-running processes
- Design and integrate Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Forms, and Teams
- Implement data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error handling
- Build and support SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Document solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and maintainability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 years of SQL Server development and database programming experience
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- 5 years of experience with SSIS
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
