Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize regulated production operations for advanced medical/pharmaceutical products. This hands-on role will focus on improving manufacturing efficiency, increasing yields, reducing cycle times, and supporting scalable production in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
- Support yield improvements, cycle time reduction, and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, PFMEAs, process flows, and validation protocols.
- Lead or support equipment and process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor and assist with CAPA and nonconformance investigations.
- Evaluate tooling, fixtures, automation, and production layouts to improve operational performance and ergonomics.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO quality standards
