Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Technician to assist with internal office moves and ongoing technical initiatives at one of our southern New Hampshire clients. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on project work in a structured environment, rather than traditional ticket-based support.
This position requires strong customer service skills, solid Microsoft OS knowledge, and the ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
Key Details
Note: This position is onsite every day with some local travel. Only applicants currently living in NH or MA with reliable transportation and a clean driving record can be considered at this time.
Pay Range: $25-32/hr

Key Details
- Project-based IT support with varied assignments
- Strong focus on internal user support during office changes
- Not a traditional help desk / ticketing role
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility as needed)
- No on-call or after-hours requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Solid Microsoft operating systems experience
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, team-based environment
