  • Applications Support Analyst | Temp-to-Hire | Hybrid (Chelsea, MA Area)

We’re hiring for an Applications Support role supporting a proprietary SQL-based EHR system with a growing organization.

  • Hybrid schedule (onsite days TBD)
  • Must be commutable to Chelsea, MA
  • Temp-to-hire
  • Up to $33/hr contract
  • Converts around $50K–$60K salary

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate looking to grow within application support, analytics, or database-focused environments.

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills — this is a primary phone support role
  • Basic SQL / relational database knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ideal Background

  • Recent grad or early-career professional with internships and/or 1–2 years of experience
  • Experience with SQL queries, data cleanup, reporting, and Excel-based analysis

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
