AI Architect

We’re seeking an AI Architect leader to drive end-to-end design and delivery of AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Location: Quincy, MA (Onsite 4x/week)

Salary Range: $160K–$200K Base

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and execution of AI/GenAI POCs through full-scale production deployment
• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure)
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered solutions (GPT, Claude, LLaMA), including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, and model monitoring
• Create robust training pipelines, evaluation workflows, and performance benchmarks (hallucination detection, latency, prompt quality)
• Integrate AI into high-transaction platforms with optimized backend performance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Business teams to define AI roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural direction
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

What You Bring

• 10 years of Java-based software engineering experience
• 4 years hands-on with LLMs / GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience deploying ML/GenAI models into production environments
• Strong knowledge of RAG patterns, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), microservices, distributed systems, and DevOps best practices
• Experience building scalable, high-performance systems in Agile environments
