Hiring: Robotics Systems Engineer (Early-Stage Startup)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing early-stage startup building real-world robotic systems tackling complex, high-impact problems. They’re looking for a Robotics Systems Engineer to join at a foundational stage and help bring intelligent machines into production environments.
This is a highly hands-on role working across hardware software, where you’ll take systems from concept → deployment in the real world.
What you’ll be doing:
• Design, build, and integrate robotic systems end-to-end
• Work across perception, control, and system integration
• Deploy and test robots in real-world environments (not just simulation)
• Debug complex issues across hardware software stacks
• Collaborate closely with engineering field teams to iterate quickly
What they’re looking for:
• Background in robotics, mechatronics, or similar
• Strong programming skills (Python/C typically)
• Experience with real-world robotic systems (not just theory/sim)
• Comfort working with hardware debugging physical systems
