Our client is a leading Real Estate Firm in Denver, CO who are seeking to hire a Paralegal with a strong foundation in corporate law, entity management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
This role supports Legal and Compliance functions across a range of corporate and operational workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Form and maintain domestic and international entities, including filings, renewals, membership updates, written consents, and amendments
- Maintain corporate books, governance records, organizational charts, and corporate actions, including board and officer resolutions
- Support Legal and Compliance teams with tracking certifications, policy updates, training coordination, and ongoing compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of regulated and unregulated business filings, including state and federal registrations and exemptions
- Support the development and maintenance of document management systems
- Assist with transactional and operational legal support related to corporate and investment activities
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree with paralegal certificate required
- 4-7 years of experience as paralegal within a corporate, real estate/investment management, or professional services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation Details: $110,000 - $150,000 base salary Bonus
