We’re currently partnered with a leading lower middle-market private equity platform seeking to add an Associate to its investment team.
The firm manages over $1B in capital and focuses on partnering with founder-led and family-owned businesses across the industrial growth and business services landscape. Their strategy is centered around operational value creation, long-term partnerships, and scaling businesses through both organic growth and strategic M&A initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, modeling, and industry research
• Support transaction execution processes, including due diligence, financing, and deal structuring
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal memoranda
• Analyze portfolio company performance and support strategic/value creation initiatives
• Participate in management meetings, lender calls, and advisor discussions
• Assist with sourcing and evaluating add-on acquisition opportunities
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Transaction execution experience
• Interest in industrials and business services investing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
