Responsibilities

- Participate in management meetings and portfolio company initiatives
- Conduct market mapping and sourcing analysis within the technology landscape
- Work closely with senior investment professionals across all stages of the investment lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity
- Strong interest in software, technology, and TMT investing
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skillset
- Experience working on M&A transactions and due diligence processes
