Private Equity Associate – Business Services, Industrials & TMT

The Associate will work closely with senior investors across sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities, gaining direct exposure to transactions and portfolio company initiatives. This role offers the ability to take meaningful ownership early while developing as a well-rounded private equity investor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and investment underwriting
• Build and review detailed financial models, including LBO analysis and valuation work
• Support due diligence efforts across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
• Assist in transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing
• Develop sector expertise across Business Services, Industrials, and TMT
• Partner with senior team members on investment theses and portfolio company value creation initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
• Investment banking experience with exposure to Business Services, Industrials, TMT, or broader M&A coverage
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
• Experience working on complex M&A transactions with meaningful analytical responsibility
• Strong commercial mindset with a genuine interest in investing
