The Opportunity:
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of strategic M&A, private equity, and growth equity transactions while working closely with senior bankers and company leadership teams throughout the deal process.
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A, private equity, and growth equity transactions from initiation through closing
- Develop and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Lead critical workstreams across live transaction processes
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and strategic advisory analyses
- Conduct industry, market, and company research within the software and broader technology sectors
- Work directly with founders, executives, investors, and senior banking professionals
- Mentor and support junior team members while helping drive a collaborative team environment
Ideal Background
- Investment banking experience with exposure to technology and software transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deal environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong academic record
- FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations preferred
