What You’ll Do
- Play a meaningful role across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, investment memos, and portfolio value creation
- Work closely with Partners and senior leadership in a non-layered, apprenticeship-style environment
- Lead deep sector research across core verticals (industrials, business services, consumer)
- Support strategic and operational initiatives within portfolio companies, collaborating directly with management teams
- Contribute to investment theses, deal structuring, and long-term strategy development
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of investment banking experience (ideally in industrials, business services, consumer, or as a strong generalist)
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling abilities
- Strong deal exposure and demonstrated understanding of M&A processes
- Highly driven, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment
