Candidate Profile
- 10–20 years of experience in private equity, structured credit, special situations, or opportunistic investing
- Deep expertise in structured equity / preferred equity / hybrid capital
- Proven experience executing non-sponsored or complex transactions
- Strong command of capital structure analysis and downside protection frameworks
- Track record of leading transactions end-to-end with autonomy
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Originate and lead proprietary, sponsorless transactions
- Structure and execute hybrid capital and structured equity investments
- Lead underwriting, diligence, and investment committee workstreams
- Negotiate complex capital structures across debt and equity layers
- Oversee portfolio company performance and value creation initiatives
- Drive investment theses and contribute to capital deployment strategy
