Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: South Illinois
Employment Type: Direct Hire with benefits

Compensation: 85-90K plus uncapped commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day shift

Acara Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity based out of South Illinois

Client has a trusted name with over 32 years of community commitment, recognized for having a strong national presence with over 200 distribution centers and 35,000 retail partners, they continue to expand and focus on delivering reliable, renewable power solutions while upholding core values of respect and collaboration.

Base Salary: $85-$90K
Uncapped Commission Plan
Established Accounts: Candidates will begin by managing and expanding existing business relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
    • Expand the client base.
    • Enhance relationships with existing customers.
    • Drive new client acquisition.
    • Maintain and grow current customer accounts.
    • Increase overall sales volume and contribution margins within the designated territory

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2 years minimum sales experience working in retail manufacturing/distribution
  • Motor Vehicle Record with no safety concerns within the past 3 years
