Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Walpole, MA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- This position needs the safe handling of materials throughout our production process. It includes various kitting and packing operations of assays.
- Kit and Package products while sitting/standing/perching on a kitting line.
- Identify components based on Bill of Materials.
- Perform in process checks to ensure accuracy of work.
- Complete production on time using a build schedule to prioritize workload.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- May test products using computerized test equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hours/week - 2nd shift. 3:30pm-12:00am
Length: Contract (Potential to convert).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow prints, kit drawings, written and oral work instructions and other written documentation relevant to production.
- Dependable work history.
- Good basic computer skills.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English for the purpose of following verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to use other miscellaneous production equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to produce quality products in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, push, or pull for all or part of a shift.
