Location: Johnson City, TN.
Employment Type: Contract with potential for Hire

Compensation: $29.15/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1st Shift,
8:00- 5:00pm.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure laboratory processes remain compliant with ISO 17025 accreditation requirements.
- Plan, organize, and execute testing activities at project startup.
- Monitor testing progress and troubleshoot issues that arise during execution.
- Support calibration and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Oversee testing equipment functionality and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Analyze, document, and report test results within an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project expectations and deadlines.
- Document testing activities and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Maintain communication and develop relationships with internal and external personnel
- Participate and contribute to both internal and external audits of the quality management system
- Support the quality management system, accreditation audits, assisting with evidence, method review, corrective actions, and updates to laboratory procedures
- Participate in and contribute to the accreditation requirements (ISO/IEC 17025), continuous process improvements
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of experience in a laboratory environment
- 1 years of experience in electric product development
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate's Degree
- ISO 17025 requirements and working with calibrations
- Environment and PLC product experience
- Understand and interpret a wide range of IEC standards related to EMC, Safety, climatic, and mechanical environments
- Experience in equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Experience in equipment calibration
- SAP experience
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Required amount of travel with the position
