Account Coordinator CSR

• Support account management by entering and maintaining client and policy data, processing changes, invoicing, and assisting with renewals and new business
• Build knowledge in Medical Malpractice and ancillary liability lines while managing small business accounts and client relationships
• Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal teams using AMS360, Microsoft Office, and other Alera tools to ensure accurate documentation and seamless service

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of customer service experience and 0–2 years of insurance experience
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills, with willingness to obtain a P&C license within 90 days
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry; experience with AMS360 is a plus

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
