Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverables for prospective client meetings
- Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients
- Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept
- Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested
- Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements
- Support the specialist department with any additional tasks
- 4 year college degree in business or finance
- High level of communication and follow-through skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office, Excel and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
