With offices nationwide, we offer the best of both worlds-national scale and resources paired with local expertise and service.RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you'll focus on building and growing employee benefits business by developing strong client relationships and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions. You'll partner closely with internal service teams and Alera specialists to bring thoughtful strategies to market, helping clients attract, retain, and support their employees through competitive benefits programs.You'll be trusted to lead conversations, understand client needs, identify opportunities, and guide prospects and clients toward solutions that align with their business goals-while representing Alera Group's collaborative, client-first approach.Build and grow employee benefits relationships through consultative salesIdentify client needs and recommend tailored benefit solutionsPartner with internal service and specialty teams to deliver strong outcomesLead prospect and client conversations with confidence and credibilityRepresent Alera Group's client-first, collaborative approachQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experiencePrior experience in employee benefits or insurance salesActive Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsMotivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.Salary range is $150K to $210K per year.We're an equal opportunity employer.
