This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, serve as the primary day-to-day contact, escalate issues appropriately, and identify cross-sell opportunities that align to the client’s strategic plan
- Oversee the client lifecycle and service model (with support from Senior Consultants/Analysts), manage renewals/negotiations, develop financial models and benchmarking analyses, and coordinate open enrollment and compliance deliverables
- Mentor and review Analysts, perform quality reviews of team work, coordinate multi-team project delivery, and ensure timely completion of tasks using internal tools and templates
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ related experience with a consultant/broker, carrier, or HR team; Life/Accident & Health license required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Deep technical knowledge of Health & Welfare benefits and compliance, advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, strong financial acumen for modeling and data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel as required
