Role Description
The Store Manager in Training will work on-site in Edison, NJ, in a full-time role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The role also involves managing and motivating the store team, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Trainees are expected to develop leadership skills and effectively transition into a Store Manager position.
Hourly $24-$27
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive operational excellence
- Driving KPI results
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus
