General Manager / Facility Leader
Tutela Training Systems
Tutela Training Systems is seeking a driven, people-first leader to oversee daily operations, develop our coaching team, and help grow our impact in the community.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ownership, accountability, and building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
- Train and onboard coaches and interns
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship
- Lead team meetings and maintain accountability
- Support hiring and team development
- Oversee daily facility operations, scheduling, and quality control
Drive Growth & Community Presence
- Execute marketing initiatives (content creation, community events, local outreach)
- Promote programs, events, and specialty services
- Support and oversee sales efforts
- Lead client consultations and transformation meetings
Stay Connected to Coaching
- Coach approximately 5 sessions per week
- Conduct client check-ins and onboarding sessions
- Monitor member engagement and retention
