Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are covered for Givens Aldersgate at Home clients. In this role you will oversee scheduling, confirm shifts, and provide administrative support to the Associate Director and the Operations Manager.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- On-Call rotation
What you’ll do:
- Process incoming and outgoing calls, including speaking to potential clients for services as well as handling departmental mail.
- Schedule caregivers for all services provided by Givens Aldersgate at Home.
- Coordinate and track in-services completed by all team members.
- Prepare and assist with forms used in Home Care including admission paperwork, caregiver onboarding and clinical files.
What you’ll need:
- High school Diploma or equal
- Strong organization skills
- Strong computer skills
- Caregiver experience (Preferred)
Compensation: $16.00 -$19.00
