We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling clients, providing information on services and products, and client contact for preventive care.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Maintaining client scheduling
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Providing a safe and clean environment for our clients and patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred veterinary experience but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
