Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with the home loan application process, evaluating financial information, and identifying suitable lending solutions. Additional tasks include preparing loan files, coordinating with underwriters, and delivering excellent customer service to guide clients through every step of the borrowing process. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and serving as a Loan Officer, with a thorough understanding of mortgage applications and processes.
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in Finance and expertise in loan Underwriting.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to guide and support clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work independently in a remote environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with relevant mortgage loan software and tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or licensure are a plus.
