Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day terminal operations, including dispatch, warehousing, and fleet management
- Manage and supervise drivers, movers, and office staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate scheduling of household goods (HHG) and office & industrial (O&I) moves
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and cost control measures
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management within warehouse and storage facilities
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure fleet readiness
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align operational execution
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of moving personnel
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and billing coordination
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG and/or O&I required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a terminal or operations setting

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
