What are the responsibilities and job description for the US Immigration Specialist position at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions?
A global business is looking to hire an experienced US Immigration Specialist in Dallas, TX.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all US Immigration inquires and questions
- Oversee and complete the PERM stage of the green card application process before assigning to Immigration Counsel
- Work closely with the hiring managers across the business to educate and manage expectations on the Immigration process and the time lines involved
- Produce quarterly reports visa holders, green card applicants etc.
- Ensure all parties are kept up to date with changes and progression of the cases where possible
- Obtain authorisation checks, signatures and validate supporting documentation
Key Requirements:
- Experience working within Employment based US inbound Immigration applications
- Experience managing the PERM process
- Excellent case management experience with the ability to handle a large volume of ongoing cases
- Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently using your own initiative
- Excellent analytical skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred
