Albuquerque Publishing Company and the Albuquerque Journal are seeking a driven and self-motivated Senior Account Executive to lead revenue growth across our print and digital advertising platforms. What You’ll Do
- Take a consultative approach to understand client objectives, audiences, and challenges.
- Recommend customized print and digital advertising solutions aligned with each client’s business goals.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising business while building long-term client relationships.
- Develop new book of business and maintain through strategic planning, upselling, cross-selling, and networking.
- Oversee campaigns from sale through execution, ensuring accuracy, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Review campaign results with clients and provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive advertising solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to guide client strategy.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, creating a total earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 . To support your success from day one, this role includes a $5,000 per month commission guarantee for your first six months while you build your book of business.

Requirements
Requirements
- 6 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or consultative B2B sales
- Proven success in managing a full sales cycle and closing new business independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet deadlines, and consistently hit goals
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Professionalism, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset
