What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher position at Albert Farms Inc?
Evergreen Trading Co LLC is currently seeking a Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher
We will train the right candidate but experience in Transportation is desirable. If you have direct experience Dispatching and/or Driving; even better!
The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Must have strong computer skills.
As a Dispatcher you will:
- Build Relationships with Customers and Drivers
- Plan Loads and Routes for Company Drivers/Trucks
- Dispatch Drivers to their next location
- Monitor Loads and be in communication with Drivers and Customers
- Troubleshoot Delays, Breakdowns and other issues
- Keep Notes, Logs, and Dispatch Systems up to date
- Work with Team Members to problem solve
