- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams

- Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics and transportation management
- Experience with dispatching software such as Tripmaster.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize routes and schedules
- Excellent phone etiquette for clear communication with drivers and customers
