DESCRIPTION
The Albany County Attorney’s Office is seeking dedicated attorneys to join our legal team. We are looking for
both experienced and newly admitted attorneys who are passionate about public service and eager to serve
the Albany County community. Our office handles a wide variety of vital legal matters, offering a diverse
practice environment where you can truly make an impact. We are seeking talent to join key practice areas
across the office, including:
- Civil Litigation: Family Law & Juvenile Justice: Protecting the welfare of children and families.
- Contracts & Procurement: Drafting and negotiating agreements that power county infrastructure.
- Real Property: Handling acquisitions, foreclosures, and county property transactions.
- Municipal Law: Advising county officials, departments, and boards on regulatory matters.
- Civil Litigation: Representing the county in complex state and federal courts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from a law school of recognized standing.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
